Pearl Street Cottages are being built in the heart of Shawnee, Oklahoma just north of 34th Street between Beard and Broadway. This area is surrounded by an existing neighborhood on one side and a tree-lined creek on the other, and sits directly across from the newly renovated Optimist Park.
This neighborhood is located within walking distance of Oklahoma Baptist University, restaurants, and grocery. The homes are located in the Shawnee Public Schools district, and the neighborhood elementary school is Will Rogers, just a few blocks away.

All of Pearl Street's units will be 2 bed / 2 bath ranging from 803 to 1010 square feet, with four different floor plans. All units have covered parking and feature ceramic tile and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. All units are ADA-friendly, and fully accessible units are available.
Our homes are designed to be energy efficient, with central heat & air and Energy-Star rated appliances including a Refrigerator, Microwave / Vent Hood, Range, and a Washer/Dryer!
